Placing an order for your favorite masterpiece couldn’t be easier!

1 – Simply choose your artwork or other items

2- contact us with the title/s of your selection

3- we will send you an invoice for your purchase.

Once we have received payment, your items will immediately be prepared for delivery!

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Switch, Visa, Delta, Maestro and MasterCard. We also accept paypal and if preferred, direct bank transfer. Should you wish to pay by credit/debit card, we will contact you to take payment over the telephone.

Once the item/s have been paid for, they will be prepared for dispatch and we will inform you of expected delivery time.

When will my purchase be delivered?

Delivery is normally within five working days but often much sooner, sometimes even the next day depending on when you place your order!

For all your last minute presents for birthdays, christenings, or just because.. , please contact us and inform us of your time frame – we will do everything we can to get you your parcel on time!

Please note – personalized artwork must be ordered in advance to ensure delivery for your special occasion.

There are occasions where factors outside of our control can delay a parcel, so we ask for your patience if this happens. Once your goods are on their way, we will let you know.

What are the delivery charges?

Almost all standard orders are delivered within the UK for under £2.95.

For larger items and items of value over £150, the safest delivery option is Special Delivery by Royal Mail for £6.95

I would like to purchase for someone in Dubai, is this possible?

America,Canada,AustraliaorJapan… We ship all over the world! Please contact us for shipping costs as these vary from country to country.

Our shipping costs are always fair and as low as possible, and we use recycled packaging whenever possible. Your artwork is carefully protected before shipping so that it will arrive safe and sound with you, wherever you are!

Will you gift wrap my purchase?

Yes! We would be delighted to! We use beautiful eco-friendly screen printed Sophia Victoria Joy gift wrap and will gift wrap your purchase for a nominal charge ( depending on size of gift – please contact us for quote – gift wrap prices usually range from £4 to £8 )
